Develop an overall user strategy for the evolving data structures of road mapping. Drive innovations within an established style, and create a flexible icon system for road objects.

Cast wide nets on the data. Work with product teams to understand user goals. Simultaneously develop icon and UI styles for early scale testing.

ELEMENTS
The icons below represent road objects such as “Highway Ramp No Shoulder” or “Max Speed Limit”. Patterns, symbols, and colors make the materials for this small collection.
COMPOSITES
When combined, the icons describe a multitude of complex realities on the road. The visual language could also used to write the composites in the field, and update dynamically in the dashboard.
